A starter theme called Byakurai.

== Description ==

白雷(byakurai) is a light-weight responsive blank starter theme that dares not to be detailed and is designed to use each page builder (Block Editor, Elementor, Brizy, Beaver Builder, etc.).  The Block Editor currently allows for the placement of parts of the page itself, from the site name to the post list to the comment form.  Byakurai allows you to use add-ons to place such blocks even in template parts such as headers and footers, allowing you to design your website freely even if you are not a designer.  The idea is the same as Full Site Editing, a new WordPress feature, but fse is still in beta, and byakurai will be able to use plug-ins that are not compatible with fse and will be highly stable.  This theme is also recommended for those who want to use fse but also want to use the theme editor and other code-based customization features.

== Installation ==

1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance > Themes and click the Add New button.
2. Click Upload Theme and Choose File, then select the theme's .zip file. Click Install Now.
3. Click Activate to use your new theme right away.
