2. Click Upload and Choose File, then select the theme's .zip file. Click Install Now.
3. Click Activate to use your new theme right away.

1. Create page and assign home page template. 
2. Go to setting->Reading->Front page displays->A static page (select below) and choose home page that we have assign as home page template.
3. Appearance->Widgets->Now you can add widgets into "Home Mid Content" widget area.
