1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance > Themes and click the Add New button.
2. Click Upload and Choose File, then select the theme's .zip file. Click Install Now.

2. After you have created your static page and have selected the "Homepage" template, please navigate to "Settings => Reading" in your WordPress dashboard and set that page as static front page.
