A starter theme called bootmaster.

== Description ==

bootmaster is an early theme for Wordpress platform-based projects and the Bootastrap framework. The basic theme is based on _S (underscores) and thanks to the union of Bootstrap 4 a powerful and versatile template is ready to be used. Includes a small template settings panel using the option-framework that you can change at will.

== Installation ==

1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance > Themes and click the Add New button.
2. Click Upload and Choose File, then select the theme's .zip file. Click Install Now.
3. Click Activate to use your new theme right away.
