1) How to change "YOUR QUOTE" ?
-Open index.php and in line 52 find  YOUR QUOTE and change it to whatever you want.

2) How to change the footer's links?
- The footer's links are static so you'll have to open footer.php and change the html (for href type the address; betweeen <a>...</a> type the name of the hyperlink).
