Blackline comes with a theme option panel. 

You can find it in the left column of your /wp-admin/ panel

With the theme option panel you can: 

-edit, enable, or disable 125x125 ads
-set your twitter account which is shown in the header
-edit, enable, or disable the intro message shown below the header.
