A starter theme called BG Photo Frame, or underscores.

== Description ==


This theme able to set header images like a background image, full size on window. You can set header images by the Theme Custmizer.If you has not set header images, several default images will apperes in the background.And you can toggle background mode between photoframe mode from a upper right button on the site.

== Installation ==
	
1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance > Themes and click the Add New button.
2. Click Upload and Choose File, then select the theme's .zip file. Click Install Now.
3. Click Activate to use your new theme right away.

BG Photo Frame includes support for Infinite Scroll in Jetpack.
