Header menu limitations:
-theme allows to have drop down menu with maximal one extra level.
-It's recommended that items in the primary header menu should have not more than 960px width, so if needed please reduce the number of items or group them and show on drop down menu.

Footer menu limitations:
-footer menu always display one menu level.
