Appearance >> Menus, Create new menu name it whatever you want like social-menu. Now Click on Custom Link tab on left side. Put your Social media URL in URL field like https://www.facebook.com/webhuntinfotech/. in Link Text field enter social media name facebook, now click on Add to Menu button.
