Some Notes:

If you want to use the static sidebar and you don't want to use at all the widgets, open the file sidebar.php and replace the code

with

<div class="ads">adsense code</div>

or

Plese note, in the latest example we must have a banner my250x250ad.gif (dimension 250x250) inside folder images of andygray. 
If you don't want to use at all the sidebar banner delete in sidebar.php the code:

You find 3 sections for Widgets: One for The 250x250 Banner, One for a presentation (Plain Text) and another one for anything else (sidebar widgets andygray ?).
It's not a must to use the Banner Section and the Plain Text Section. If you want only to insert the sidebar js widgets, use the Normal Sidebar Section.

AndyGray is a free & under GPL but i'm asking to leave credits on footer untouched because a free theme doesn't mean less work than a premium theme...

And finally, check the lines, weight of your pages and numbers of queries, this theme means a quick page load ;)
Last but not least: This theme doesn't support at all IE6, sorry........ Theme tested on Chrome 4, IE 8, FF 3.6 and Opera (latest version).
