Tagline under logo can only support one line of text.

Menu styling supports one level of links. 

By default custom header is not displayed. To display custom header please select "I Want to use custom header" in "Header settings" tab of theme options page.

To create a child theme, simply upload the folder "ChildTheme" to to wp-content/themes directory and Select "Child Theme" in "Select a Skin" section of "General Settings" tab of theme options page and Modify lite.css in "childTheme" to suit your wishes.
