== Installation ==

1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance > Themes and click the Add New button.
2. Click Upload and Choose File, then select the theme's .zip file. Click Install Now.
3. Click Activate to use your new theme right away.

== Theme Options ==

Background images in Afterlight scale to fit to your browser window by default. If you refer a patterned background or one that doesn’t stretch, just uncheck the option: "Scale background image" to fit in the Customizer.

By default, the theme has an overlay which darkens the background image to help make the text more readable. To remove it, just uncheck the option: "Add an overlay to background."

= Where can I add widgets? =

Afterlight includes one optional widget area in an off-screen panel that appears when the eliipsis icon (three dots) clicked in the header.

= How do I add the Social Links to the sidebar? =

Afterlight allows you display links to your social media profiles, like Twitter and Facebook, with icons.

1. Create a new Custom Menu, and assign it to the Social Links Menu location.
2. Add links to each of your social services using the Links panel.
3. Icons for your social links will automatically appear if it's available.

Available icons: (Linking to any of the following sites will automatically display its icon in your social menu).
