Downloading and Installing the Theme:

1. Download the theme on your local system.
2. Unzip the downloaded file in your local system.
3. Upload the folder in your wordpress theme directory (i.e. wordpress/wp-content/themes if your blog is installed in "wordpress" directory) via FTP.
4. Log in to the WordPress Admin Panel and go to Appearance > Themes.
5. Click on theme's screenshot to see the preview. To activate the theme, click on Activate “Theme name” from top right corner on preview window.
