* Added optional home page slider with options to:
1) Hide the slider
2) Set the category for the slider
3) Set the number of posts in the slider.
* Modified menu to allow for user options (via customizer) to:
1) Move site name into menu bar and the description of site below it.
2) Make menu bar sticky
3) Stick the menu bar to the top of the browser window.
* Fixed bugs with menu mobile toggling and initialization of Foundation JS.
